PROJECT DELIVERY

Typical Workforce Development Officer outputs

Depending on the approved assignment scope, outputs may include crew proficiency matrices, procedure observation records, task-time benchmarks, coaching logs, safety observations, workmanship/QC observations, training recommendations and management closeout reporting.

Role boundary: Workforce Development Officers support field development, Safety and QC. They do not automatically replace the project's designated Construction Manager, Safety Officer, QC Inspector or authority having jurisdiction. Formal competency certification/sign-off is only provided when expressly authorized by the client and assignment scope.
