Prepare for the Crew. Understand the Site. Start Professionally.
Preparatory field-readiness education for new apprentices, prospective apprentices, groundworkers, helpers and entry-level utility or contractor workers.
FIELD-READY moves from personal readiness and worksite awareness through crew roles, job planning, hazard recognition, PPE, infrastructure and equipment recognition, quality, procedures, documentation, proficiency, professional conduct and realistic first-day scenarios.
Complete all required modules, then write a randomized 40-question final knowledge assessment. A score of 80% or higher completes the program and generates your FIELD-READY completion certificate through your Lineman ID training record.
Important: FIELD-READY is preparatory awareness education only. It does not replace employer/site orientation, regulatory or apprenticeship training, hands-on competency development, supervision, or employer authorization for energized work, climbing, rigging, grounding, switching, rescue or equipment operation.
Secure checkout, course access, module progress, assessment attempts, completion and certificate use the standardized Lineman Canada training architecture.
